MIS Assignment #6

Because I am an entrepreneur student I am required to take many entrepreneurship classes. Through these classes I have been required to do a lot of research on small businesses and start-up companies. According to entrepreneur.com, small businesses "Represent more than 99.7% of all employers." It is also very interesting to know that around 69.6% of small businesses employ less than 5 employees. It is also amazing to look at the statistics of women entrepreneurs. Business that are owned by women employ 19.1 million people and generate $2.5 trillion in sales. I hope that one day I can be as successsful as the women entrepreneurs they talk about on entrepreneur.com.
