MIS 2200 Assignment #7

I have a sinus infection and it's all I can think about. So that is what I'm going to write my blog about today.

I get a sinus infection about every three months. Well this time it has been only two months and so I'm pretty upset about that, especially because next week is spring break. According to sinusinfectionhelp.com, "Chronic sinus infection or chronic sinusitis usually occurs after a nasal infection caused by the common cold virus or viral influenza. In a normal healthy person, the sinuses will usually clear up after the infection is contained. However, if the infection takes too long to cure due to poor drainage resulting in poor ventilation of the sinuses, then chronic sinus infection could result." So that is what happens to me. I get sick and it turns into a sinus infection. Usually I can get rid of the sinus infection with antibiotics, but sometimes it turns into something worse. Last October, I got a sinus infection that turned into bronchitis. That was one of the worst ones I've ever had. I just hope that this one doesn't turn into something bad like that one. But I'm off to the doctor tomorrow to get some drugs. Lets hope they work!
